As the booster cylinder is always in high-speed operation, which is easy to cause machine wear, it should be operated according to the operating instructions. The working temperature of the booster cylinder is about - 5 ℃~60 ℃, and the operating speed is 50~1000mm/s. In order to ensure the normal operation of the booster cylinder, the following points should be noted during use:
Keep clean
Before connecting the booster cylinder to the air circuit, please remove the dust and other impurities in the pipeline and components to avoid reducing the service life of the booster cylinder.
Use within the range of normal air pressure
When the cylinder is in normal use, the working air pressure must be within the working air pressure range specified in the inspection report, and shall not exceed the specified working pressure.
Pay attention to the working environment of the booster cylinder
The temperature in the working environment of the cylinder has been determined during design. If the working environment exceeds the temperature due to work needs, contact the relevant technical personnel of the booster cylinder.
Some elements in the cylinder are made of iron, so please do not use them in a particularly complex working environment (such as a chemical contact environment). In addition, please install an effective air treatment element (three-point combination) at the front end of the cylinder and then add oil for lubrication and drainage.
Do not add other hydraulic oil without permission
The hydraulic oil medium selected for the booster cylinder design is VG68 # anti-wear hydraulic oil. It is not allowed to use other liquid medium (such as oil, water, etc.) without authorization.
Be sure to operate according to the procedure
The action program must work according to the action program in the gas circuit assembly drawing, that is, pre pressure action - pressure increase action - pressure increase and release - pre pressure reset.
Pay attention to maintenance and check the operation of the booster cylinder frequently.
In order to avoid damage to your mold or workpiece due to excessive pressure of the cylinder during pressurization, please install a pressure reducing valve at the inlet of the pressurization section of the pressurization cylinder to effectively protect your product.
To ensure the working stability of the booster cylinder, it is recommended to install an air reservoir in parallel between the triplet and the booster cylinder as much as possible.
When the booster cylinder is used more than 500000 times or more than half a year, it is recommended to replace all the hydraulic oil in the cylinder once to improve the service life and working life of the cylinder.
