The grinder is widely used in the pulverizing system, but its drive shaft vibration and the broken teeth of the small cone have always troubled the safe production of the system. The pulverizing system in the previous period was also plagued by these two defects, even affecting the supply of fuel for the unit. After many adjustments by the maintenance personnel, the effect is remarkable, and the drive shaft vibration is less than 0.08mm.

Specific measures:

1. The tooth tip clearance is one of the important assembly parameters of the gear transmission device. According to the regulations, the clearance between the large and small teeth is 7.5-8.5mm. In actual production, after the long-term operation of the equipment, the big gear ring gear is subject to stress impact deformation, which gradually changes from the original round to oval, so the tooth tip clearance is even less than 6mm in some parts. In the actual adjustment process, the tooth tip clearance should be adjusted to 8.5-10mm to reduce the impact caused by the tooth tip clearance, The gear teeth are broken due to overload.

2. The insufficient tightening force of the big gear ring is also one of the important reasons for its deformation. In actual operation, in addition to increasing the bolt tightening force, use 10mm thick steel plate to connect the large gear ring joint surface, increase the fastening surface to prevent the gear ring from deformation, ensure that the angular speeds of the driving and driven wheels are consistent, and prevent the inertial force caused by the change of the transmission ratio from causing fatigue fracture.

3. The full lubrication of the transmission shaft bearing is also the main reason to ensure its smooth operation. The traditional regular and manual oiling can also ensure that the bearing gets enough lubrication, but it is easy to cause excessive or insufficient lubricating oil. It is recommended to use machinery to supplement lubricating grease regularly, quantitatively and scientifically, so as to ensure the proper lubrication of the bearing, reduce vibration, avoid bearing wear and cage fracture, and extend the service life.
