Booster cylinder is also called gas-liquid booster cylinder

The booster cylinder is improved by combining the advantages of the cylinder and oil cylinder. The hydraulic oil and compressed air are strictly isolated. Brief introduction

The high output of the hydraulic cylinder can be achieved by using normal air pressure for the booster cylinder, and no hydraulic unit is required.

Generally, the booster cylinders can be divided into: pre pressure booster cylinder, direct pressure booster cylinder, stroke adjustable booster cylinder, increased return tension booster cylinder, compact parallel type booster cylinder, mini type booster cylinder, fast type booster cylinder, and oil-gas isolation type booster cylinder.

The working frequency of booster cylinder is generally 10~70 times/minute according to different stroke and cylinder diameter.

Principle

The booster cylinder is a hydraulic component that can change the input pressure and output at a higher pressure.

The supercharging cylinder is a combination of an oil cylinder and a supercharger, which works by using the ratio of different pressure section areas of the size of the supercharger and the Pascal energy conservation principle. Because the pressure is constant, when the pressure area changes from large to small, the pressure will also change with the size, so as to achieve the pressure effect of increasing the air pressure to dozens of times. Take the pre compression booster cylinder as an example: when the working air pressure is on the surface of the hydraulic oil (or piston), the hydraulic oil will compress the air and flow to the pre compression stroke chamber, at this time, the hydraulic oil will quickly push the parts to displacement, When the working displacement encounters a resistance greater than the air pressure, the cylinder will stop acting. At this time, the pressurizing chamber of the pressurizing cylinder will start pressurizing due to the electrical signal (or pneumatic signal) to achieve the purpose of forming products.
