With the development of CNC technology, bearings are widely used in the spindle of CNC machine tools such as machining centers. Several hydrostatic grinders and hydrostatic diamond boring heads have made some exploration and attempts in maintenance, and gained some experience. 1、 Orifice plate restrictor

1. Change the internal throttling of peripheral grinder to external throttling, and add a pressure gauge to display the pressure of upper and lower chambers immediately. It is convenient to maintain, especially easy to clean regularly, which is incomparable to the internal accelerator.

2. Throttling ratio. The theoretical value of throttling ratio is between 1.2-1.5. According to years of experience, it is 1.25. In such maintenance, it is necessary to strictly control the geometric accuracy of the main shaft, front and rear bearing pads, coaxiality, roundness and taper to ensure the value. According to the bearing capacity of the machine tool, determine the value of E (the eccentricity between the geometric center of the main shaft and the bearing bush) to make it better.

3. When the main shaft is not installed in each oil chamber, the oil column at each oil outlet is consistent. If not, the flow shall be changed by changing the orifice diameter of the throttle valve.

2、 Film feedback throttling

Film feedback is a key one. When the external load changes suddenly, the friction between the shaft and the pad has occurred before the membrane reaction; Film fatigue. The long life and fatigue deformation of the films are equivalent to changing the feedback parameters. Increasing the thickness of the film and using some anti fatigue materials can achieve good results. Generally, rigid membrane, preloading and gap reservation are used.

3、 Improvement of oil supply system for peripheral grinder

In the bearing oil supply system of the peripheral grinder, except for the coarse filter and fine filter, other components have a protective effect on the bearing.

1. Connect the pressure relay and pressure gauge to the oil outlet behind the throttle plate (formerly in front of the accumulator), so that the operator can see the chamber pressure and inlet pressure. When the differential pressure is greater than a certain value, stop the machine immediately to prevent the bearing bush from locking. For example, the 3360 inlet pressure is 2MPa, and the outlet pressure is 1.2~1.6MPa. If it is lower than 1.2MPa, the machine will shut down.

2. Add digital detection equipment.

There is a clearance of 0.04~0.05mm between the main shaft and the bearing bush of the bearing, and the oil in the clearance has a certain resistance value. By detecting the change of the resistance value, the gap size can be known. With the main shaft as one pole and the bearing bush as the other pole, measure the resistance change. This signal is processed and sent to the photoelectric alarm and the control system amplifier to control the start and stop of the spindle motor to avoid friction between the shaft and the bearing.

The peripheral grinding machine machining industry processes a wide range of products, different sizes of workpieces, and requires different processing accuracy.
